rescheduling/cancellations
I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to reschedule your appointment.
I kindly ask that you please provide atleast 72 hours notice to both cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel your appointment at any point, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee.
There are no exceptions to this.

COVID-19
I please ask you to adhere to all signage in the studio including those relating to cross contamination and the suppression of COVID-19.
You will be sent a COVID consultation form and medical disclaimer before each and every appointment which must be filled out prior.

no shows
If you fail to turn up to your appointment, and have not emailed me to let me know you are not coming in, you will forfeit your original non-refundable booking fee and you will be required to pay your next sitting in full up front - acting as your non-refundable booking fee.
If you no show again, you will forfeit your booking fee and will be removed from my client list.

booking fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required for any new booking.
The appointment will not be confirmed until I
have received the non-refundable booking fee.
This will be deducted from your service value
on the day of your appointment - or rolled over to secure your next appointment.
By paying a booking fee,
you are opting in to all of My Policies.

contraindications
I expect you to consider all medical complications before booking.
Please note you cannot be tattooed
-whilst pregnant/breastfeeding.
- With sunburn/skin conditions present in the area to be tattooed.
- Without a GP letter if you have a serious health condition (i.e. epilepsy, cancer, bloodborne pathogens) or are undergoing treatment.
- If you turn up unwell to your appointment (Covid symptoms etc.)
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in you being sent home and your booking fee forfeited.

identification
You must be over the age of eighteen (18)
in the UK to be tattooed, by law.
There are no exceptions to this - please do not ask.
Failure to provide valid photographic ID on request at your appointment will result in you being sent home and your booking fee forfeited.
You will also be removed from my client list and banned from the studio.
